Arbor Talent organized a professional exchange with the Zugl\u00f3 Children and Youth Municipality (GYI\u00d6K) for Erasmus+ participants visiting Hungary from Martinique.<\/strong><\/h2>

\u00a0<\/p>

The group, consisting of social workers, youth facilitators, and other professionals working with young people<\/strong>, had the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into a good practice in youth work in Hungary.<\/p>

During the meeting, representatives of GYI\u00d6K<\/a><\/strong> introduced their organization and its activities, explained how they represent the interests of young people in Zugl\u00f3, and presented their community programs and the methods they use to encourage young people to become actively involved and develop their own initiatives.<\/p>

Workshop, connecting cultures<\/strong><\/h3>

The professional presentation was followed by an interactive workshop<\/strong>, where participants exchanged ideas on topics including community building, youth engagement, the development of youth organizations, and new program ideas for reaching and involving a wider range of young people.<\/p>

One of the most valuable aspects of the program was the two-way exchange of experiences. By sharing their own practices and perspectives, Hungarian and Martinican professionals explored different approaches to common challenges in youth work.<\/p>

At Arbor Talent, we place great importance on ensuring that our Erasmus+ programs go beyond professional visits and create genuine opportunities for connection, knowledge exchange, and cooperation between participants and our professional partners in Hungary.<\/p>
