Since our establishment, we’ve proudly partnered with enterprises, organizations, and institutions to secure a total of €5.2 million in funding. Founder and managing director of Arbor Talent Ltd., Gábor has over 20 years of experience in EU and national education programmes. His expertise includes school education, vocational education, adult learning, and youth programme development. He has participated with several roles in Leonardo da Vinci, European Voluntary Service, Youth in Action, and Erasmus+ programmes, and worked in Brussels at the European Commission’s VET Unit (DG EAC Unit B5). In Hungary, he has collaborated with the Ministry for National Economy (responsible for VET sector), Ministry of Human Capacities (responsible for school education and higher education), National Development Agency (responsible for European Regional and Social Fund), Tempus Public Foundation (Erasmus+ National Agency in Hungary), and universities such as ELTE and the University of Debrecen. He serves as an Erasmus+ expert and evaluator for the Hungarian National Agency (fields: Youth, Adult Education, VET), and as a consultant for various educational projects (e.g. external project evaluator in a Sector Skills Alliance project). He is an external expert for the European Commission’s European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), evaluating large-scale Erasmus+ partnership projects such as Forward-Looking Projects. He leads Arbor Talent’s projects with strategic insight, international experience, and a mentoring mindset.

MEET THE ARBOR TALENT TEAM!
Regina is responsible for marketing activities and coordinating AMAKids programmes at Arbor Talent Ltd. She manages relationships with schools and organizes extracurricular development programmes for children aged 5 to 16. She holds an MSc in Marketing, a BSc in Tourism and Hospitality, and has studied Communication and Media. Her work combines creative thinking with organizational precision, and she is committed to delivering innovative programmes that support children’s intellectual development.

Erzsébet has over 25 years of experience in education and international development programmes. She holds degrees in economics and political science and is currently a PhD candidate at the Hungarian University of Sports Science, researching sustainability in sport, with a focus on equestrian disciplines. She gained extensive experience at Tempus Public Foundation (Erasmus+ National Agency), serving as financial manager, monitoring expert, and programme director. She led the Campus Mundi programme (a Hungarian scholarship scheme supporting student mobility and internationalization in higher education), one of Hungary’s largest mobility projects. She has also worked as an external expert with Budapest Business School on university cooperation and Centres of Vocational Excellence (COVE) projects. At Arbor Talent Ltd., she works as an international project manager and education expert, having implemented several Erasmus+ KA220 partnership projects. She played a key role in concept development, international coordination, and training content creation. She also contributes to the COVE-WENDT Centre of Vocational Excellence project on behalf of the Miskolc Vocational Training Centre, focusing on green competences and sustainability in VET. Her work is defined by structured thinking, empathetic leadership, and a commitment to quality. She is present in every project not only as an expert, but as a thoughtful partner with systemic vision and long-term impact.

Bernadett coordinates Erasmus+ mobility programmes (KA120, KA121, KA122) and maintains partnerships with Hungarian schools. She is experienced in grant writing and project management at both national and international levels. She is engaged in writing and managing projects funded by the European Regional and Social Funds. She holds a degree in International Relations, and her research interests include career guidance and the application of technological innovation in education. Her work is characterized by precision, openness, and active collaboration.
