Erzsébet Hegyi
Project Manager
Erzsébet has been working in the field of education and international development programs for over 25 years. She leads Arbor Talent projects with a strategic approach, a research background focused on sustainability and as an empathetic leader.
She has a degree in economics and political science, is currently a PhD student at the Hungarian University of Physical Education and Sport Sciences, her research topic is sustainability in sport – with a special focus on equestrian sports.
She has also worked as a financial manager, monitoring expert and reference for vocational training projects at the Tempus Public Foundation, and has also led the Campus Mundi project – one of the largest higher education internationalization initiatives in Hungary. She has collaborated with the Budapest University of Economics as an external expert.
She participates in the Vocational Education Excellence Project (COVE) on behalf of the Miskolc Vocational Training Center.
At Arbor Talent, he has implemented several Erasmus+ KA220 partnership projects, taking a key role in concept development, international coordination and development of training content. He is an active instructor in our teacher training courses.
His work is characterized by structured thinking, a quality-oriented approach and a long-term impact.
