Gábor Kertész
Managing Director
Gábor has been working in national and EU education programmes for over 20 years, especially in the fields of school education, vocational training, adult education and youth projects. He gained experience in Brussels at the European Commission’s Vocational Education Unit and has collaborated with several Hungarian institutions. He is actively involved in international programmes as an Erasmus+ expert and project evaluator. He leads Arbor Talent’s projects with a strategic approach and mentoring attitude.
Gábor’s expertise covers school education, vocational training, adult education and youth programme development. He has participated in several roles in the Leonardo da Vinci, European Voluntary Service, Youth in Action and Erasmus+ programmes. He worked in Brussels at the European Commission’s Vocational Education Unit (DG EAC Unit B5), where he gained direct experience in shaping EU vocational training policies.
In Hungary, he has collaborated with, among others, the Ministry of National Economy, the Ministry of Human Resources, the National Development Agency, the Tempus Public Foundation, and universities such as ELTE and the University of Debrecen.
As an external expert for the European Commission’s EACEA agency, he also contributes to the evaluation of large-scale Erasmus+ partnership projects. His work is characterized by systems thinking, international experience and a long-term impact.
