Kostenszky Anna

Anna is involved in the organization and coordination of Erasmus+ programs for students and teachers coming to Arbor Talent. She maintains close contact with foreign and Hungarian partners, coordinates needs and program details before the mobility, and continuously monitors cooperation and participant satisfaction during the mobility. She ensures that internships, accommodation, meals, and various programs run smoothly, and that any questions or problems that arise are resolved quickly.

She helps groups prepare before their arrival, and is always there for them in Budapest if they have any questions or problems. She also places great emphasis on nurturing and long-term development of partnerships, as part of which she regularly coordinates with the host partners, collects feedback, and participates in personal partner visits. It is important to her that every participant feels safe, finds their way around the new environment, and gains truly valuable international experience.
