Between March 13–15, 2026, Arbor Talent had the opportunity to participate in one of the most dynamic educational events in Central Europe: the Education Fair in Poznań, Poland.
This exhibition is widely recognized for its popularity among both students and parents. What makes it truly stand out is its interactive and experience-based approach—schools do not simply present brochures, but actively demonstrate their programs through engaging, hands-on activities. Visitors can explore real-life applications of different professions, making it easier for them to choose their future educational path.
A Diverse and Inspiring Educational Landscape
The fair hosted hundreds of exhibitors, including vocational schools, technical institutions, universities, and training centers. The range of programs presented was extensive, covering areas such as:
technical and engineering education
IT and digital technologies
creative industries (design, media, arts)
healthcare and social services
hospitality and tourism
vocational trades, including welding and manufacturing
This diversity allowed visitors to gain a comprehensive overview of both traditional and emerging career paths.
Erasmus+ Project Meeting and Collaboration
In addition to attending the exhibition, Arbor Talent also participated in an important project meeting with our Polish partner as part of the Erasmus+ project:
“Application of Innovative Technology – Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) in Vocational Training”
The main objective of this international project is to introduce modern, experience-based learning solutions into welding education, using advanced technologies and innovative methodologies. The project supports both students and teachers by making technical training more engaging, efficient, and accessible.
During this penultimate project meeting, we focused on coordinating the final steps of the project, including:
final deliverables
dissemination activities
evaluation and reporting
Live Demonstration: AR and VR in Welding Education
A highlight of the exhibition was the stand of our Polish partner school, where they presented a live demonstration of AR and VR applications in welding education.
Visitors had the chance to experience how these technologies:
simulate real welding environments
improve safety during training
enhance skill development through immersive learning
make vocational education more attractive for younger generations
This practical showcase perfectly illustrated the project’s mission: bringing innovation into vocational training in a meaningful and impactful way.
Looking Ahead
Participating in the Poznań Education Fair reinforced our belief that education is moving towards more interactive, technology-driven, and student-centered approaches. Events like this not only inspire students but also create valuable opportunities for international cooperation and knowledge exchange.
Arbor Talent remains committed to contributing to these developments through Erasmus+ projects, partnerships, and innovative training solutions.
