Arbor Talent had the pleasure of welcoming 40 high school students from Naples, Italy, as part of an international mobility program in Budapest, in February 2026. for 4 weeks.
The group represented a wide range of study fields, including marketing, IT, tourism, administration, and finance, creating a diverse and dynamic learning environment throughout their stay.
Real Experience in Real Environments
During their program, the students completed their practical training at host companies and educational institutions, where they were able to gain hands-on experience and insight into their chosen professions.
Each group worked on tasks tailored to their field of study, allowing them to apply their knowledge in a practical context while developing new skills.
Some of the most interesting activities included:
IT students created a virtual tour of their host location, combining technical skills with creative problem-solving
Marketing students produced videos and social media content, documenting both their professional experience and their free-time activities in Budapest
Students in other fields participated in various practical tasks aligned with administration, finance, and tourism
Learning Beyond the Classroom
The program was not only about professional development—it was also a rich cultural experience. The students had the opportunity to explore Budapest, discover its landmarks, and immerse themselves in a new environment.
For many of them, this was their first time experiencing snowfall, which made their stay even more memorable.
A Meaningful International Experience
This mobility program once again highlighted the value of combining practical training with cultural exchange. Students not only expanded their professional skills but also gained confidence, independence, and international perspective.
