In November 2018, KILATO Piarist Career
Guidance and Labor Market Development, Methodological Center received the qualification of a research and development institute supporting the provision of career counseling tasks. The main objective of the center is to support the career guidance of young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities with an integrated approach. Through its activities, it contacts all relevant stakeholders in the career guidance and labor market and provides them with personalized services. It aims to effectively assist young people’s complex career development and parents, educators, career advisors and employers based on their individual needs. The KILATO Center also plays a role as a national methodological research and development center. It fits into the educational, training and labor market systems, their main principles include long-term personal mentoring, networking, teamwork and community development.
