On 3 March 2021 we participated on Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) in Europe: A focus on inclusion and staff professionalisation seminar of European Commission.
The event focused on two documents recently published by the ET 2020 Working Group on Early Childhood Education and Care. We highly recommend both the documents for those, who are interested in the topic:
Toolkit for inclusive early childhood education and care
Report on how to recruit, train and motivate well-qualified ECEC staff
Mariya Gabriel (European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth) in her introduction told us, that the European Commission will support the field through several programmes. Their aim is to strengthen the exchange of experiences, good practices between the member states, and also to provide quality education and care for all the children regardless their origin or social situation.
One of the tools to reach these aims is quality training of ECEC staff, also their participation in foreign exchange programmes, for which we, the Arbor Talent Ltd offer you our training course Early Childhood Education.
